Let’s be honest – when we woke up to sunshine on a Tuesday in February, we thought we were still dreaming. But no, it was real! And what better way to make the most of the rare Irish sunshine than with a cracking day spent surrounded by fellow ice cream lovers, some exciting new gear, and plenty of chat. We were absolutely buzzing to welcome the crew from Whitby Morrison as they rolled in with their stunning new Mercedes e-Power Ice Cream Van – the future of mobile ice cream, and she’s a beauty. Eco-friendly and as slick as they come, it definitely turned a few heads on the day (and rightly so). The day was full of good vibes. We had a fantastic turnout – familiar faces we’ve known for years, some new ones making their way into the world of whippy, and a few who we know far too well (you know who you are!). There’s something special about this community – everyone’s in it together, sharing tips and stories. We also gave folks a sneak peek at our full range of products, including a few exciting additions that got people talking. One of the big stars of the day? The upcoming non-dairy ice cream mix, landing this May. We’ve had so many of you asking for it, and we’re delighted to say – it’s nearly here, and it’s delicious. So, to everyone who came out – thank you. Whether you popped in for a quick look or stayed for a chat and a 99, we loved seeing you.
