Method:
- Mix the base mix and add Fabbri Crostata.
- Place the mixture in the batch freezer.
- Once cooled, extract and ripple through Joy Fruit Fragola and cookie digestive pieces.
- Top with cookie digestive pieces and fresh strawberries
- Select two large flat cookies.
- Place three large scoops of Strawberry Shortcake ice cream onto one cookie.
- Place the second cookie on top to create a sandwich.
